cont. Assembling your own Home Gym and its Benefits
You
should set up your home gym so that you can attain your goals for
not only weight loss, but aerobics, strength training and
flexibility for getting in shape. These three elements are extremely
important to our fitness routine. The minimum for an aerobic workout
for training your heart is 20 minutes three times a week. That could
include a stimulating walk or jog around your neighborhood. Before
you begin an exercise program, it is important to know your heart
rate. Once you have done so, you may begin exercising. You may
prefer to run or walk. But since not all areas of the country are
conducive to running or walking outdoors throughout the year, due to
the weather (either extreme hot or cold or other elements), you may
want to invest in an aerobic exercise machine of your own. This
would include a treadmill, an elliptical trainer or an exercise
bike, or even a jump rope. You will obtain a vigorous cardio workout
from any exercise involving those types of equipment. And, of
course, you will also burn fat and calories. Home gyms help ~ Fitness ~ Home ~ Resources ~ Terms |
